Technology Integration and Support Specialist
Under the direction of the Director of Technology, the position of Technology Integration and Support Specialist promotes the use of technologies to support student achievement in the PK-12 classroom.

Duties include:

  • Provide instructional technology guidance and expertise for grades PK-12 faculty, leveraging various education technology hardware and software tools.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to design, develop, and deliver educational technology initiatives that align with the mission of the School and the needs of the classroom.

  • Support educational technology use through daily advising, collaborating, and training of teachers both in and out of the classroom.

  • Assist the Director of Technology in strengthening the use of the school’s Learning Management System (LMS) system and other key learning systems.

  • Evaluate the efficacy and sustainability of current and future uses of educational technology in grades PK-12.

  • In partnership with the Director of Information Technology, research and propose new ways to enhance teaching and learning, promote innovation and cross-curricular collaboration, and foster purposeful, meaningful, and creative integration of technology.

  • Assist with ensuring seamless coordination of technology tools supporting curriculum, instruction, and assessment.

  • In coordination with school policies and procedures, promote continued development and implementation of current technology standards.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Information Technology.
