Head Boys and Girls Cross Country Coach

United South Central is looking for motivated, qualified candidates to coach the cross-country program.  This individual will oversee both the boys and girls program.

Qualifications: 

-Coaching experience preferred. 

-Coaching license/ability to get license required. 

-Strong communication skills that promote and support a positive experience for student-athletes, staff, parents, and the USC community. 

-Strong leadership skills. 

-Ability to motivate a group through a common vision. 

-Strong work ethic and dedication to improving/building a program. 

-Ability to work well with others, including coaches, administration, and other stakeholders in the community to further the program. 

Salary: 

- Per USC EA Master Agreement

- $3,487.00
