In Physical Education class, 10th graders at USC are getting active and having fun with badminton. As part of their fitness curriculum, students are learning the fundamentals of the sport, including proper racket technique, footwork, and teamwork. Badminton is a fast-paced game that challenges both agility and strategy, allowing students to engage in friendly competition while improving their coordination and reflexes. Whether playing singles or doubles, the 10th graders are gaining valuable skills in sportsmanship and collaboration, all while staying active and having a great time with their peers.
