On December 11, our third-grade class embarked on an unforgettable adventure to the Ordway Theatre to experience the magic of The Little Mermaid. The excitement was palpable as students eagerly took their seats, ready to be whisked away into an underwater world of dazzling costumes, captivating music, and enchanting storytelling.

This field trip wasn’t just about enjoying a show—it was an opportunity for our students to immerse themselves in the arts, ignite their imaginations, dream bigger, and experience the magic of live theater. They also had the unique chance to see the orchestra pit up close and chat with ensemble members, gaining insight into the teamwork and talent behind the performance. The joy and wonder on their faces as the story came to life on stage were priceless.
